At Honey Farm Soapworks customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Below are the terms of our refund and return policy:
Eligibility for Returns
Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging for hygiene and safety reasons. Sale or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.
Non-Refundable Products
For health and safety, we cannot accept returns on opened or used beauty products, including skincare, makeup, and personal care items.
Process for Returns
Contact our customer service team at honeyfarmsoapworks@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return. Ship your item back to us using the instructions provided by our team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. This process may take 7-10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item or provide a full refund, including shipping costs.
Exceptions
